Résumé

This paper is about how the University of Cape Coast Library is helping distance education students to become lifelong learners through the acquisition of information literacy skills. It does this through a one credit course which the Library has developed in collaboration with the Centre for Continuing Education for the students on the programme. It also discusses the timing 0/ the course and how the students can have access to the facilities
and services of the libraries at their various study centres.
